Ignoring agreed debit date

Trying to debit my account before the agreed date. That after sending me a SMS to confirm debit date. Because funds was not available in my account on that date my bank is charging me extra costs and it is affecting my record at the bank. Stay away from these people, they are bad news.

Finchoice is more interested in trying to be right than solving the problem. To put an end to back and forth mails I have suggested a solution and then they just went off the radar. They are like toddlers who just want their way and does not give a damn about the customer. Also received a phone call from a extremely unprofessional lady who just wanted me to listen to her ranting and reading out of their terms and conditions. Which by the way is contradicting itself. She had no interest in the solutions I tried to offer, she did not even listen, just carried on shouting while I was trying to explain to her that we need to solve the problem not find who is to blame. Pathetic. really pathetic.
