I wrote a review on a query I had with finchoice from the 14-12-2021, neither query or review was attended to. I really don't have the strength to go through rude finchoice agents to have my call dropped. Finchoice please see to this.

I received a call from a agent advising they still waiting for the mandate which I approved on 14-12-2021 to appear on their side, I mean if it's not reflecting now after 15 days when it should have reflected immediately that'd means I'll have to wait for another 15days that's when they will give me a call again my problem is the approved active mandate that shows on the list of my debit orders.
Surely you can do better.
