I would like to lay a complaint against Finchoice. They are robbing the people. I have paid my debt up with them Called the attorneys and they provided me with a settlement letter and I paid it. Yeater9and agent called advised that Finchoice refuse to clo
I would like to lay a complaint against Finchoice. They are robbing the people. I have paid my debt up with them Called the attorneys and they provided me with a settlement letter and I paid it. Yeater9and agent called advised that Finchoice refuse to close my account saying I need or pay for a payment in March.. What the hell, those payments was part of my balance whole here when they deducted and added interest which I paid and now they refuse to close my account. I have proof of my debit orders as well as the settlement letter.
I want my paid up letter and my bureau update done today please.
I also want all my call recordings and statements of all payments made.
I'm not leaving this here, this is going to the ombudsman. I have all my proof from my side because I make note off every detail. I do t like debt. Regards

15 Dec 2022, 19:02Okay so this company is full of lies and theft. After this response you have a cheek to email me telling me I need to settle the account when I settled 1 Dec already. No one calls me regarding this because you all know that you robbing people this is pathetic and I want my statements immediately as well as all payments made. I'm taking this to the ombudsman. Your managers can't even respond to the clients because they know they busy with ****s and robbing people. How the hell do you give the customers a settlement amount to pay and Weekes after you tell them they owe money for March.. Oh my word such stupidity I have never seen. I am a Teamleader in a call center and know how the system works. So tell these robbing lies to someone else. You give my statements get your HOD to acll me or I tale my prood of payments and my bank statements to the ombudsman. I'm not going to tolerate this and not paying another cent as I paid what was told to me. So get your story in act Finchoice lots of *****s.
I will never do business with you ever again nor will I advise people too as you rob them. Rather get debt from capitec or African Bank or some other bank but not this poor business that does not know how to approach and assist their customers.
I'm really sorry for advising my peers about this company now I will tell them to not proceed.
