I would like to arrange payment of my account

Hi, I get calls from you but when I pick up you drop.. Almost everytime. I recently lost my job and have not been able to make payments on time. I wish to pay off the account and I am trying harder to even let my patner pay my account.

Pls advise if it would be possible to extend the term of the loan so I am able to have a lower instalment and be able to afford paying. Unfortunately at this stage I am struggling to pay my regular instalment since I lost my job, and my claim from UIF has not come through yet making it harder to settle the debt.

Please assist.
