I took a loan 2017/10/09 and was told that i will receive it at 2017/10/10 at 10:45 and the time now is 15:58 and when I call them that I dont need it any more I was told that i will have to wait till tomorrow to get it at they can not reverse.

Im not happy because I believe its my choice when I dont need the loan anymore to reverse it, I spoke to a lady Ziky who told me that theres nothing they can do but the money is still with then and not in my account, how then is is possible not to reverse it. can you please help
