I made payment on the 16july2026

Hi on the 16july2026 I paid my pay stretch loan into the finchoice debt review account but the payment on my side is not reflecting due to the finchoice group is calling me everyday saying I should make payment and when I tell them I’ve made payment I’ve emailed proof of payment almost everyday and they tell me they will escalate it too there manager it’s been now over a month and they never sort out this matter and it’s pathetic and unacceptable…they don’t get back too you but quick too phone for payment this is not on
