Horrible service
I have made a payment to my loans on the 29 September to pay off finchoice and settle In full , to date finchoice has never closed off the account . I have paid them and sent proof of payments and almost 3weeks later and I have still been debited by them . I’ve been struggling to get this resolved and get my money back . I’ve sent numerous emails .
I have even called the call center only for them to say they have escalated further . Yet still not feedback .
Till to date nothing has been resolved
