Horrible service

As per my continuous mails sent i am really happy with fin choice that cannot even provide a simple letter. Contract no 46***** loan amount as per statement R7763.78 amount reflecting on my credit bureau is R9805

Contract no 467**** loan amount as per statement R7737.79 amount reflecting on my credit bureau report is 9875 You are giving a bad reflection on my credit status, its as if both these 6 months loans are active and yet i has been converted into a 12 month loan with a new contract number 53*****. Why is it that i cannot obtain a letter to that effect? Why is my credit information not updated as both six month contracts are still open/active? I regret ever having taken any loan with this company.
