Harrassment for not paying account when a mediator is involved

I have arranged with a third party called fin rescue to do debt mediation on my behalf and they will be handling the payment arrangements and payments for my accounts. It isn't even a day yet since they had made arrangements on my behalf and because they haven't paid the money into your account for the arrangements you decide to harass me with repeated calls and sms about missing my arrangement payments when all queries are meant to be directed to fin rescue instead since they made the arrangements on my behalf and are going to make payments.
