Harassing Phone Calls about my Account

Good day, <br> <br> To Whomever i need to get this out to - I have an account with you guys, It seems that no one in the call center or collections department or courtesy call department have their **** together . . . I am currently being harassed 3 times a day - NO JOKE 3 CALLS A DAY - Calling to say thank you for having a loan with us we appreciate that you have been paying your account well and keeping it up to date - Then i get a ****Y call from some other idiot stating that my account is in arrears and that i am a bad payer and that i can not pay my bills on time and i will be black listed - the 3rd call is then again to say thank you - <br> <br> I apologize for my TONE - But please take your calls and shove it up somewhere where the confusion is coming from - I have also logged a complaint to the ombudsman complaining about the maladministration that is happening here - Management needs to address this issue as this is complete and utter nonsense - <br> <br> Please remove my Number from the system as i have requested from each and every person who has called me including the last lady that called and hung up mid my complaining - it is a real bother! <br> <br> NO KIND REGARDS <br>
