Good day i app**** for a loan that was offered to me last week 07th of December 2021, i spoke to severeal agents and they took my personal information advising that the loan has been approved but nothing was issued to me. i called again every day and everyday im told that they cant help i need to wait and call back as all is in process and payout will happen in 2 hours.

i called in again to day and i spoke to nontobeko she registered me again and then told me that she has a error on her system and will call back and still im waiting. i called in again i spoke to Andiswe and she assisted but was told not to capture as only nontobeko can assist.

what bull is this i work with finance and never have we ill treated customer nor kept customer waiting.

Can you not just promise people that we are approved and wait for you guys, yes i might be deperate but please note that im not going to be allowed to be treated like this.

there is not manager or teamleader available to assist or what they can escalate too as per these agents.

May i get urgent feedback, if you refuse to assist then remove my details and i will go somewhere else.

this is the worst experience ever.
