Good day. My name is Eddie De Souza ID number *** I have paid Finchoice an amount of R1000 to clear the Mobi account. They say I am R7 in arrears. How is that possible? I should have a credit of R6 plus. Secondly I am in arrears admittedly with the 24 month repayment and ask if the period can be extended to beyond 24 months. Unfortunately you cannot talk to their consultants because they keep on telling you and asking when and how much you going to pay as if one is a sangoma. Can I get an update in the form of written acknowledgement
