Give me money back

I'm honestly frustrated and fuming with this company and it's useless agents. I had a long with them which I settled. I made the unfortunate mistake of paying an amount to them via my bank app after settling, and my nightmare officially began there. I have been calling and emailing to get my refund and all I get is agents invading my privacy , lying to me and sending me from pillar to post for. Till date I have not received any communication regarding my refund and I'm expected to wait another 3-5 days for my refund when I have already been waiting, and that is IF that agent logged this refund as well, as I've experienced they all lie over there and cover their friends uselessness and lies. I wish I could this review a zero you don't deserve any rating.
