ghost account

i had an account with finchoice, we went under debt review 4 years ago and cancelled it last year. i have contacted them and emailed and went on their website contact us and requested statements but never received. 2 days ago i called again asking for a statement. was told account was handed over to credit word. gave me number, phoned them, cant pick up anything under my details, called finchoice again asking a statement again was told account handed over to andries vd walt inc, gave number, phoned cant pick up anything under my details. called fin choice again (3rd time) asking for statement and explaing first 2 calls. was told account had been handed over to shabirah shaid and de vries, gave number phoned them, they managed to pick up something under my name but account was retracted by finchoice in may 2015, they cant help me i must phone finchoice. phoned finchoice 4th time, telling me they cant help me shabirah shaik has the account. i informed my laywers that i will now refuse to pay this account with reason that no one can assist me with statement or with were my account is.
