Garnishee order

I'm so confused and annoyed at the moment. I once app**** for a loan with finchoice and this was in 2010 I think. I lost my job and couldn't afford to pay them, then after a while i found another job and finchoice garnisheed me and continue deducting until the money was settled. all was OK until now about 2 months ago I started being garnisheed again R400 I enquired with my HR department and found out that it was finchoice. Like really now, are you guys going to keep on deducting my money as you please. I'm not happy, I'm irritated and i hate ever associating myself with you company. I want my money back and I want you guys to remove my name from all of your systems I want nothing to do with finchoice and I'm going to ask my lawyer to get to the bottom of this.
