Funeral cover not paid after weeks of claim.
My wife passed away 2 weeks ago, I submitted all the documents to finchoice, with regards to claiming on the funeral policy. Till today, finchoice has never paid the funeral cover. I have been calling them atleast twice a day ever since, each consultant gives me a reference number, saying that they are escalating the case. DO NOT TAKE OUT A FUNERAL POLICY WITH FINCHOICE, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
