Funeral Cover Cancellation

I app**** for the funeral cover at Finchoice funeral covers then l later realized that my mother cannot be covered because she is over age. Then I tried to cancel the funeral cover. Actually someone called me to cancel the funeral cover and she even said she will reverse my money and yes she did. that was two months ago but by the end of June they took the money from my account and I reversed it even this month they took another R119 but I cancelled the Funeral Cover. I now don't understand how to cancel this funeral cover with FinChoice. Please help
