****** Funds via Debit Order - Not authorized

This company is deducting a debit order from my standard bank account without my authorization for May 2024 & June 2024. When I discovered it in May 2024, I immediately reversed it and placed a stop on my account for some reason or another they never returned the funds back to me. n Now in June the same thing happened and when I phone to reverse it with my bank I was informed that FinChoice will not be sending anything back and that I should contact them, which I did and spoke to a lady by the name of Fatima. She was very rude and un-helpful and refused to put cancellation through and refund me my money - Amount R138.00. I was told that I authorized a debit order, which I know for a fact I did NOT!!!!. And since my call to them, which was a week ago, nothing has materialized and no feedback! THEY ARE THEIVES!!!!! *****ING FROM UNSUSPECTED CONSUMERS
