Frustrating Finchoice!

I cannot access any information on my Finchoice account as my cell phone number does not match the one they have on their system. They have no other verification methods. I called my cell phone provider and got all my old cell numbers, but none of them match the cell phone number on the Finchoice system. I have sent two emails with my ID number, tried the mobi app numerous times, phoned daily and even had my personal banker phone, to no avail. Managers are also simply not available to take my call. This review is a desperate attempt to get some service please!
