I have had a good relationship with this company until today, I get a message that money has been payed for zapper, which I have never used, the sms told me to context the call centre which I did but they were closed, after checking my account I see that money has been withdrawn without my knowledge or consent no email or any sort of check to ensure who was using a feature that has not been used before.
