I cancelled a debit order in June got email and sms for the cancellation they too the debit order when disputed the debit to get the money reversed they activated another debit order with out my permission and took another debit Oder on 25/8 sine 25/8/2020 im trying to get my money back form them the call center agents refuses to let me speak to managers they also refuses to give proof of cancellation of the debit order.
