They've *****ulantly opened a 'loan' in my name with them. I hadn't even heard about them before. I'm trying to get them to stop taking money from my bank account, but they refuse to stop. They say that they can see it's incorrect but are still investigating. No reply on email. Cannot help me at the call centre. This is the 5th month now. I don't know what to do.
