I app**** for a loan with Finchoice, their loans documents department was calling me day and night requesting the documents. I was even told that I can submit the documents via whatsapp because they have a whatsapp chat specialist. I submitted the documents, they were very responsive. After receiving the documents they have since disappeared and they don't respond to the whatsapp webhelp page even though it shows that they are online. They read the messages and don't respond, also I was supposed to get a response within 24 hours regarding the status of my application....however it's been over 72 hours. It's worrying because they have all of my important documents, what if they commit ***** using my documents.
