Forceful funeral cover

I'm very annoyed by what finchoice Is doing, two months ago someone sold me a funeral cover but I didn't give her permission to debit from my account, but because I have loan with them they where able to debit from my account, I reversed the transaction and stopped the Debit order, but that didn't stop them because they used a different reference number, last month someone from the funeral cover department called me asking me if I want to ammend my policy and I told her that I don't want that funeral cover. Please return my money and cancel that funeral cover with immediate effect.
