Flabbergasted 😡😡😡

I bought a lounge suite using paystrech . But had problems with it and sent it back. I asked for a reversal and refund of credit. Finchoice refund deducted the credit but not fully. The lounge suite had cost R10 000. I now have a balance owing of R4 117. I didnt end up buying the couches, I now dont have enough credit to buy again, yet fir next year I am going to be paying off a R4000 BALANCE. WHAT THE HELL IS THAT? So if you use paystrech you cant take back the products even if there's an issue ? Because they will make you pay anyway? They should put that IN BIG WRITING IN THE CONTRACT. I am so flabbergasted by this. It's so unjust. What exactly am I paying for here. I understand being charged a cancelation fee. But R4000?? That s ridiculous.
