Finchoise HARASSMENT

I have a loan with Finchoise. Over the years that I have done business with them, I have never received a statement, even after requesting it on several occasions. Currently, I am unemployed. I am receiving up to 10 calls a day, weekends included. I have explained that I am unemployed & I am unable to make a payment, still they keep phoning me daily, which has got a negative effect on my mental state, as being unemployed, being unable to find employment , then being harassed by Finchoise consultants on a daily basis. Finchoise consultants are rude & interrupt a person while stating my current situation. They do not update information on their systems. I will never recommend Finchoise to anyone, as they are extremely unprofessional
