Finchoice's poor customer service

On the 1st of March 2020 I app**** for a loan with finchoice and it was approved and the funds were deposited into my account on Thursday (4march 2020) I then called finchoice customer service on the same day to cancel the loan, I spoke to Philile and she advised me to not to withdraw the money they will debit (R15000),but that didn't happen I decided to them them again on Saturday the 7th of March 2020 and I spoke to Avela she told me that they take back the money on Monday the 9th of March 2020 but the money is still in my bank account, I'm pleading with finchoice to cancel the loan and take back the R15000. It is a huge inconvenience because I want to close the account because i have switched banks.
