Finchoice's NICOLE

I've recently had a complaint about Finchoice and I spoke to a lady by the name of Nicole. She was very nice and polite and she took time to explain why I felt my recent experience was bad. At the end of the day I was quiet satisfied with her explanation. My worry is that she seemed like the only person there that's customer-oriented. Thank you Nicole and I hope you get promoted to the highest position there... Thumbs up to you!
