FinchoiceMobi harassment
Worst experience I’ve ever had with Finchoice, I’ve had a mobi account with them and I thought I’ve already repaid all the money owed as they stopped debiting the account for a good 8 months from January 2023 to August 2023. I had another account with them which was debited on the same day as mobimoney. I’ve requested an update on a debit order date to the last day of the month. Which in my thinking was linked to the mobi account. I’ve been harassed with calls regarding the mobimoney account which has been paid and a bad credit on my profile was listed with credit bureau. I’m really disappointed for their distasteful services

27 Feb 2024, 11:13Can you explain to me why your service agents don’t log request timely on your system? Can you explain why my account was seeped when I’ve specifically requested a settlement letter and indicated when and what method I’ll be using to be making payment ? This sweeping already incurred an interest for a bounced payment collection, who is suppose to pay for that charge? My bank is charging me that failed payment. This unfairness is uncalled for and very distasteful considering that my credit profile is messed up because of you.
