FINCHOICE..EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND EXTRACTING BANK STATEMENTS QITHOUT PERMISSIONS

My wife recently app**** for a loan with finchoice,(10 April 2024) and was requested to send through documents which were firstly extracted from std bank without our consent via an IDX and was then told to approve 2 Debi checks on the account.The Debi checks were approved and we were told that we were registered on the finchoice mobile network and to check the status of the loan via the website.Up until today when my wife de ide to call them,she was told that the application was canceled. I sent several emails prior to this and not once have they contacted or even correspond with my wife in regards to the application. Onlybecause she had called in today after 2 weeks ,it has become known that the areas canceled without reason.If this was known known to us the Debi check would go through and monies would be taken of the account *****ulently.This is extremely poor service and it is frustrating when you deal with companies like like.
