Finchoice worst customer service
I took out a loan with Finchoice this year September, in November I changed my banking details and informed them of this via email timeously. They did not debit my account as instructed and now it looks as though I faulted on payment. They have been getting debt collectors to hound and harass me for one missed payment. This company has pathetic behavior problems and terrible customer service. I cannot wait to settle their payments in full and have nothing to do with Finchoice in future. I will never ever consider taking Finance with them in future. Never ever.
