They absolutely don't care and have no system or desire to help you if you can't pay and will call you multiple times every day to inform you that there will be interest added and all kinds of other threats. Pros: Quick, easy application and decision with quick deposits of funds.

Cons: As long as you pay on time, all is good. Once there's a problem, it becomes an uncooperative nightmare and non-stop SPAM CALLING throughout the day with an unending supply of different numbers. They are quick to accept your business easily, but literally have no assistance or system in place if something goes wrong...Their own words. No matter how honourable of a person you are or how good your credit record is (mine is brilliant up to now). I get about 10 calls per day, answer when I get gatvol and it's a different person every time. I explain that I have become unemployed and had no income for a couple of months, ask them to make a note because they already told me there's no 'grace period' or any assistance they can offer. I'm at the point where I'm now going to become rude every time they call. MAKE A NOTE AND STOP IRRITATING ME and maybe I'll pay something towards my loan if I get any kind of money in.
