FINCHOICE - THE WORST!!
Finchoice is the absolute worst with their customer service!! Last year when i got retrenched i requested to put in a claim (Insurance to cover the outstanding). I sent through all the neccessary documents and it has been 8 months now still with no feedback and their rude consultants keep on phoning me and i have to repeat myself over again without feedback. I am fed up and will not recommend them to anyone!
