Finchoice Term Disgrace

Good Day Finchoice Management

I would like to express my dismay in what just transpired. Last night a debit order went of for my MobiMoney facility where my pay date and agreed debit date is on the 25th of each month which translates to Monday 25 March 2024 for this month.

I have very urgent matters to attend to this weekend with the little funds that I left in my account and when I contacted Finchoice to request that this debit be reversed I was informed that it is impossible as it is part of the terms.

My concerns with the above happening are as follows:

*If my payday falls on a weekend or Public Holiday this would make sense, but the 25th is on a normal Workday_ this Monday. Why can this debit order not be reversed so I may have funds available to get through the weekend? * Should I have rejected this part of the initial contract agreement at the point of applying for the loan, my application would have been rejected and that basically force you to accept as you apply for loans almost always out of desperation * Finchoice claims to care about their people, I fail to see the care in this act and the very clear refusal to even look for amicable alternative solution to this problem.

Kindly advise if you could assist by reversing my funds for the debit that was deducted as it will be debited on Monday.

Also, please urgently relook this term since it is not in the best interest of your clients and this happening really compels me to just settle what I owe Finchoice and never borrow from them again.

Your urgent assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
