Finchoice takes your money and send no proof!

I paid FinChoice IN FULL via their legal department. I am still receiving calls to pay from debt collectors - despite having settled. I contact the debt collectors for a statement proving I have paid and they refer me back to FinChoice and vice versa. It still reflects on my credit record. So I pay a huge amount of money, get no proof back, no statement, and the amount still reflects on my record and I continue to get phone calls . No offence, but what the actual F---!
