FINCHOICE take time to give back the refund

I raised an issue about Finchoice today i went to read more comments about Finchoice is negative beacuse the are some client fall to the trap like me thinking that they are good businesse. I also overpaid my account with them since from 25/01/2022.Even today i struggle to get back the money that they owe me. If you phone them the answer you get it takes sometime but no time frame. How come a business fail to pay back small amount of R1600 while it is easy foe them ro offer you a loan of more than. All the businesses that i worked with to give me loan they never gave me problem like the way they do. It seems always they give you excuses to say they will give you feedback. At the end they keep quiet
