Finchoice sucks

Finchoice real messed up my life, i have been try to get a loan to buy my kids a home and I've been declined by all banks and i didn't understand why since 70% of my debts are paid off. Only to find out I've been declined so much because Finchoice have been saying to credit bureau that I'm not paying the loan i have with them for almost 2years now.

I have been paying every month and on time, sometimes more than my monthly installment, i can provide proof for this. My Finchoice debt will be paid up this month-end but my credit record is ruined for ever and I still can't buy a home for my children because of them. Emailing or calling doesn't help, i have been doing that for the pass 2 months now.

This shouldn't have happened in the first place. I NEVER missed a payment and i NEVER paid late. 😔
