FINCHOICE SUCK!!!!!

If you request a settlement letter surely the amount on there is the amount due?? I've done this and done the payment on the same day!!! After various calls and Emails I still have not received the account paid up letter and the accounts department of FINCHOICE is useless as they dont know how to allocate the correct amounts paid to the RIGHT account. Also very RUDE people working at FINCHOICE as they will not listen and fix - just keep on calling about the same thing and telling me my account is in arrears!!!! NOT so and the best of all is I get told to call back to speak to the accounts department. THEY CAN SEE THE POP'S AND THE AMOUNTS PAID but really are too stupid to allocate correctly!!!!!!
