finchoice South Africa

In an age when one has become used to keyboard glitches and general inefficiency, it is interesting to come across a company that drags the definition of 'bad service' to new depths. I approached Finchoice initially when seeking finance for a new computer, enjoyed a couple of follow-up loans after meeting my payments, and eventually paid up the loan account at the end of March 2020, and at the same time was subjected to a double debit order from them. Since then I have been harried with telephone calls from them trying to get their books in order, and now, as we approach the end of April, they have withdrawn yet another payment. Their debit order has been reversed, I have contacted them via email and advised that any further attempt will be met with ******** charges, and now I wish to advise anyone contemplating a loan via this micro-lender, to please learn from my experience and re-consider

Dear Finchoice Team. I accept your apology, but not the almost ******** disregard with which you treat access to a client's bank account. You have attempted to withdraw funds, that you are not entitled to, for the second month in a row and I feel an obligation to make other potential customers aware of this. I will ensure that I am available should you feel the need to contact me but there is really nothing to say. All I ask of you is that your computer lose all details of my bank account because, should this re-occur, I will take the matter durther.
