Finchoice service
I am quite concerned about the legitimacy of finchoice being a financial service provider. I took out a load which i am repaying every month without fail however when i app**** for the loan the show you the interest payable for the loan period. Now if the loan amt they debit monthly includes intetest why does more interest get added each month. Payments are being made but the balance does not decrease. I need a full explanation as i am referring this to the ombud.

Following the conversation i had with one of your staff a short while ago i am still not satisfied with the reply. I need the recording at the time the loan was taken out. Where do i get hold of the actual recording and not the one banks usually adapt to their liking. This is pivotal that i get a copy of the recording asap as i am now referring matter to ombudsman.
