I settled my loan account last year June, till today I can't get credit due to the fact that they have still not cleared my name. In the past they used to sent me letters claiming that I still owe them, I got in contact with them and that was resolved.

I was told to wait for 12 days for my name to be cleared from the bureau,till now there is no positive response. Finchoice has failed countless times to give me a se:ttlement letter. I get feedback from people who can't assist me, then why do you respond if you can't resolve my problem?This company is so unprofessional it's not even a joke? Every time they respond here they say they will help me or as far as they know my problem has been resolved, nothing has been done and I don't see any effort from their site. This is totally unacceptable... PLEASE IF YOUR GOING TO CONTACT ME, IT BETTER BE SOMEONE WHO CAN SEND ME A SETTLEMENT LETTER AND MAKE SURE THAT MY NAME IS REMOVED FROM BUREAU.. UNPROFESSIONAL ON A HIGHER LEVEL!
