Finchoice reports Inaccurate information to credit bureau and ruins credit scores

Finchoice reported me to the credit bureau for a skipped payment, although no payments were skipped. They phoned me in January to advise on a system error on their side where the debit amount was slightly less than it should have been, but not to be concerned all is paid up to date and it will not reflect on my credit record. But it does. they admit no payments were skipped and even after sending screenshots (which the call centre insisted I do) of my credit report where it reflects them marking me as 'skipped payment' they are making me jump through hoops to get it removed from my record. They have had a huge negative impact on my record as I now seem as an unreliable payer. Very disappointing service. Do not recommend. They will ruin your credit record and offer no assistance to rectify their mistakes
