Finchoice refuse to refund me they claim they didn't receive any payments

MACBETH MALULEKE HELLO I MACBETH 25 April I deposited the money to finchoice FNB account wanted to settle them before the debit order day which is 30 April come to my suprise they debit again on the 29 April when I email them try to understand why they took my money twice they are claiming that they did not get it when I go to my bank the bank confirmed that money went to finchoice account. When I call them back they telling them the bank confirmed that the money is with them they said the reason they said they didn't receive my money is because I wrote my name instead of ID number but the account number is for them now they refuse to send my money back I went to bank to dispute the. One they debit on the 29 yesterday I got message that I miss to pay my account went to errors while I pay them on time on the 25 I even sent them proof of payment but still they refused to send my money back please help
