Finchoice refuse to let me claim from my credit life insurance that I have been paying and never skipped a payment.
I was retrenched in February 2020 this year, In April I submitted my retrenchment letter along with my UI19 form informing Finchoice about my retrenchment I have been send numerous amounts of emails and every time they say they working on my claim to date I'm still struggling with my credit life insurance to cover my Personal Loan.
This is getting to a point were by they continue debiting my account whereby I have submitted all proof that I am no longer employed
