finchoice refuse to accept payment arrangement

<p>arrangemnt made on othe *** with joseph faro he called back as i had logged a comp-laint with hellopeter . promisied to email me banking details to effect manual payment with regards to the arrears. also promised to email me recording of conversation when the account was opened. promise was not fulfilled. pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeze help finchoice i have no idea i have reached a dead end!!!!!!</p>
