Finchoice refund
Please HELP!!!!!! I would like to log a complaint on the service I received from Finchoice, I have never experience anything like this. I have to wait a month to get my own money back from them. Every time you contact them they are unable to provide you with sufficient feedback and the phone is also dropped in your ears after holding on the line for quiet sometime. Letitia the lady that is suppose to be dealing with my refund request is very unprofessional and does not know what customer service is I have to beg for my money all she can say is your matter is with finance when I will be getting MY money she does not know. I send my documents to them on the 22/01/2019 I am told the SLA is 7 working days when I called on the 22/01 now I am told the SLA is 14 days. I am to blame for their incompetence. I have to hold on for her team leader and the phone is dropped in my ears again. Janice
