27 Jan 2026, 18:32I have emailed multiple times with no response, here’s the original ref number: *** good luck filtering through all the emails and phone calls. I was very happy in the beginning now it’s just downhill. I will never recommend finchoice due to how I was treated after settling a loan six months early in full! I was beyond shocked.. the mobi money is an ever bigger joke, I made a manual payment for January just to be told after the fact the finchoice still “expects” the debit so the manual payment is irrelevant so I need to pay double for January? Very *********.
