Finchoice paid up account

Trying to get a paid up account removed at Transunion. Not Finchoice or Transunion cannot seem to get this one done. Few months paid up and I have to go through a 20 day period of disputes for both these companies to TRY and RESOLVE a matter about just updating a paid up account on Transunion. Ridiculous. When I call and query Finchoice I get transferred from one to the other and and land up in collections where I am told you called me! Rude! How difficult can this be - Oh and yes I emailed numerous times as well!!!!!!!!!!!
