FINCHOICE ***** or FINCHOICE is a *****
For month now, since October 2024 I reported a ***** loan with FINCHOICE (a company I never knew existed). The up and down I have suffered from collecting SAPS affidavits. I even sent the confirmation that I never owned the bank account you deposited your money to as per your request. Already dealing with a traumer of having the worst credit score due to this, where now my life and the credit score I have worked so hard to accumulate over the years, I find myself unable to proceed with my life plans now, this is very emotional and traumatic. I am recieving calls from debt collectors now recently. Do I deserve this..... Some is sleeping on their job on your side by not doing the proper checks for ***** application now out of no where, I must now come and suffer for people that are earning bonuses at my pain, how is that fair. You are ruining my life. I need real loan and not this nonsense.
Please do tell me what more proof do you need from me so you can get this shiet off my name, this is bull-****. Do your investigations please and leave me out of it, I have told you and sent the documents you required to so you can proceeed with what ever you do which I can confidently say is "sleeping on the job", and while at it playing with people hard earned work and taking it to the dogs which is where I am at now. How many time must I send emails to your ***** email for me to finally get a response. Where else must I go a make noise now for you to HARD DELETE my name from your records. And please do understand I have better things I could be doing than entertain your *********** work force or you running a zoo there behind the computer screens. I am mad mad angry. This what you doing is not fair. Crazy unfair. Refine your processes please, I can gladly help should you need my qualifications, specifically when onboarding new applications and handling these ***** lines my CV is ready for employment not loans. Contract work I dont trust your people anymore, I could never even want a relationship with your employees even if we would meet at a tech conference they are useless empty heads as far as I am concerned - can they use the last cells in their heads to remove my name I will never even concider your company for any future potential loan application. I you see Koyana in your systems, know that I am not related to that individual and I do not know them otherwise even my neighbors or anyone I know will never use your serveces, not that I know anyonw in my circles that would.
Please read this complaint over and over, and imagine my frustration while writing it, then just clear my name, and tell your friends to never contact me again I have a very busy life to be having nonsensical calls........................

How much more do I need to wait, I am trying to start a business, which needs a huge amount of a loan from my bank. With this unending investigation, my life is on a standstill, I have responsibilities and a family to take care of financially. My credit record that I have worked very hard for, avoiding nice credit card offeres to avoid ever massing up my credit score, now comes You, your company pinning bad credit on my name, I am recieving calls from debt reviewers and collecters for your loan I have repeatedly corresponded to you about and sent evidence that you never sent money to me or my account, provided affidavits and bank evidence that I have no involvement.
How much longer must my life be on a stand still, since October 2024 I have been sitting with this loan. Like I do not have the time for this, this is just adding a lot of delay, discomfort and a bad reputation for my name.
Please please I beg you, relieve me from your bad practices, allow me to live, allow me to archieve my dreams, allow me to enjoy the benefits of my hard work. Outside of my employment I do a lot of consulting and as mentioned before, I specialize in these topics, I am very qualified in the IT space with a lot of experience in the FinTech industry. The only thing I can help you with now is my CV should you need help, at least that way I will be getting paid instead of being falsely accused of loans that have a lot of damage in my livelyhood.
Please advise what else you need from me so that your next reponse is "Case close my name has been cleared".
At least respond to my emails. The lady I spoke with (Wendy I think thats here name) gave me a wrong email address to your legal department. I have sent a request for all call recordings related to this loan application and all documents submitted for you to approve this loan, by law ( in my experience from working at call centers, those should be readily available upon request, still I have not recieved any feedback from that request, yet the ***** loan is still on my name. I cant even open a SAPS case for this ***** because you wont supply me with the evidence, except, I am getting spam calls and texts threatning me of legal action to pay a loan I dont know about.
