FINCHOICE NOT UPDATING MY CREDIT RECORDS AFTER SETTLEMENT OF DEBT

I submitted the proof of payment to settle the loan with Finchoice and emailed the proof of payment to *** so that they can clear the debt and close the account. My problem is everytime I contact them they keep on saying I must send the proof of payment and I sent it many times. No response from their side and debt not cleared.
